Over 22 years of working with people—first as a headhunter, and then as a manager at companies like General Electric and PwC. In 2019, after years in the corporate world, I took the leap to become an entrepreneur. And that adventure continues to this day!
GIGLIKE is a startup aimed at popularizing the #gigeconomy trend in Poland—a modern labor market characterized by flexible forms of employment, where companies collaborate with GIGers, who are independent professionals. I am a GIGer myself!
In my free time, I am a marathon runner and an avid motorcyclist.

For many years, I have been passionate about developing innovative digital products in both Polish and international corporations and startups. I had the pleasure of co-creating a global marketplace for GIGers, where companies from Europe and North America recruit their collaborators, and researching global trends in the GIG economy as part of the Future of Work Institute. Now, I use my experience to help build GIGLIKE products and promote them, supporting the growth of the Polish GIG economy.
In my free time, I travel, hike, and sail. I am passionate about adventure tourism.

For over 20 years, I have been working in market research, project management, Customer Experience, and business development, combining experience from corporations, research agencies, startups, and NGOs. I co-created the GIGbarometr, a study tracking changes in the Polish GIG economy, and today I apply my research and operational expertise to developing GIGLIKE, its products, and relationships with clients and partners. I thrive at the intersection of people, data, and business. I enjoy organizing complex topics, translating knowledge into concrete actions, and leading projects from concept to implementation.
Outside of work, I sing in the Kohezja Choir and serve as the choir's event host.
