Instead of a cash payout, this insurance provides tangible assistance with hospitalization, as well as telephone support and coordination for scheduling medical exams and hospital admissions.

– Planned care at a private LUX MED Group hospital or a partner facility
– The package includes diagnostics, consultations, and treatment

The orthopedic benefit includes:
– Coordination of the planned treatment process
– Organization and performance of diagnostic tests qualifying for hospital treatment within 30 days of notification
– Organization of planned orthopedic treatment at LUX MED hospitals or partner hospitals
– Medical consultations before, during, and up to 30 days after the procedure
– Rehabilitation for up to 6 weeks after the procedure. The insurance is available to individuals up to 70 years of age residing in the Republic of Poland.
